The truly vibrant and alive Red heart of your yoga practice lives

By developing a personal relationship with the universe swirling within our physical body, we begin to develop a deeper relationship with the universe all around us.
Through inspired asana practice, creative exercises from The Red Book , intention, meditation, ritual, and intuitive journaling, you will ignite a passion for knowing your unique body and spirit
in a more intimate and expressive way. This workshop is open to all spiritual cowgirls, regardless of prior yoga experience.
Please bring a journal, an object to be placed on the altar, and a delicious sense of humor.

Join Kimber for two hours of vigorous, guided practice to increase your stamina, strength, and sense of well-being. We'll enjoy a wide variety of poses we don't always get to in class, including arm-balances and longer inversions (upside down poses). The advanced practice is designed to increase your confidence and self-awareness and is a wonderful complement to your regular classes and/or home practice. Wondering if this practice makes sense for you? Good landmarks are: if you have a regular weekly practice, can do handstand or forearm stand against the wall unassisted and can do full wheel pose unassisted. A strong basic understanding of the Anusara principles of alignment will be very helpful as well. Contact Kimber with further questions.
